EVH were happy to provide a refinancing facility of £23m for a completed development comprising of 146 studios, one and two bedroom apartments,  with a GIA of 80,460sq/ft.

The apartments are divided across three and four storey buildings designed in a horseshoe arrangement. The development includes access to parking, outdoor gym facilities as well as on-site concierge service.
