EVH provided a £25.7m facility to refinance Hadrian’s Tower and Strawberry Place in Newcastle City Centre.
Hadrian’s Tower is a 159-unit residential tower with a champagne bar in Newcastle City Centre. Strawberry Place comprises land with planning permission for four blocks including 129,162 square feet of office space, a 200 key hotel and two residential blocks totalling 328 apartments. The combined square footage of the two schemes is 451,796 sq ft
Loan Completion Date – August 2021.
