EVH Finance provided funding for a £37.9m refinance and development facility for IconBlu in Brentford, a new permitted development scheme comprising four buildings.
It includes 302 residential units of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom homes, with an underground parking space allocated to each apartment and a total area of 162,053sq ft.
Loan Completion Date – November 2020.
