The property has full planning for a mixed-use scheme of 457 units (314,272 sq ft) and commercial (26,119 sq ft) across 4 blocks. The facility was provided to enable the borrower to purchase the land and secure forward funding for two of the blocks. The demolition and enabling works are due to start imminently with the main development works to be undertaken with the next 12months.
