EVH Finance was pleased to provide a £53.8m development facility for The Nightingale Quarter in the centre of Derby.
This Prime city-centre regeneration site has planning consent for 474 new build dwellings including 125 houses and 349 apartments built over two blocks. The houses are a mixture of 2 and 3 bedroom dwellings, with the apartments offering 1 and 2 bedroom layouts. The site is set over 18 acres of land in Derby city centre offering a total of 285,204sq/ft of residential accommodation.
