Cedric Houghton-Brown

Cedric is a Chartered Surveyor and brings 30+ years of experience in construction consultancy, real estate development and development finance. He has worked for leading global construction consultancies as a Cost Consultant, Employer's Agent, Project Manager and Independent Monitoring Surveyor and more recently with real estate lenders Fortwell Capital and Amicus Finance.
Cedric graduated from London South Bank University with a BSc(Hons) in Quantity Surveying and holds several professional qualifications including MRICS, PrQS and PMAQS.
