Victor established EVH Finance in 2020, harnessing his unparalleled track record as one of the UK's leading real estate development finance specialists.
Victor has in-depth experience arranging finance across the capital stack and has held numerous leaderships positions throughout his career, including as a Director for a multi-billion pound asset manager in Zurich and subsequently as a co-founder of Urban Exposure as a lender in 2008. Urban Exposure was listed on the London Stock Exchange in 2018 as the UK's first and only publicly listed specialist real estate development lender.
Victor has partnered with world-leading private equity institutions, as well as international banks, hedge funds and private investors, to successfully lend over £5 billion in real estate development loans. Victor's experience enables EVH Finance to take a pragmatic, flexible approach in a very specialised industry, as evidenced by the firm's client book of repeat best-in-class real estate developers and investors.
