EVH Finance provided a refinancing facility of £23.7 million for a completed 80,460 square foot development comprised of 146 residential units in the form of studios, one and two-bedroom apartments.
The apartments are divided across three and four storey buildings designed in a horseshoe arrangement. The development includes access to parking, outdoor gym facilities as well as on-site concierge service.
Loan Completion Date – March 2021.
