EVH provided a £90.4m facility for the acquisition and development of 37-39 Clarendon Road in Watford.

The site is currently a vacant office building but has planning permission for a 25 storey residential tower providing 168 homes as well as a new 8 storey building providing 150,000 sq ft of Grade A office space.  The development will also have an ancillary café and gymnasium.

Loan Completion Date – September 2021.
