Nightingale Quarter, Derby




EVH Finance provided a £53.8 million development facility for The Nightingale Quarter in the centre of Derby. 

This prime city centre regeneration site has planning consent for 474 new build dwellings, including 125 houses and 349 apartments built over two blocks. The houses are a mixture of two and three-bedroom dwellings, with the apartments offering one and two-bedroom layouts. The site is set over 18 acres of land, offering a total of 285,204 square feet of residential accommodation.

Loan Completion Date – November 2020.
