EVH Finance provided a loan of £20.8 million towards the development of the Hilton Garden Inn, Silverstone.

This high-profile 114,841 square foot project is located at the Silverstone Racetrack. The hotel occupies a trackside position alongside the Hamilton Pits Straight, overlooking most of the track and directly opposite ‘The Wing,' which will be connected to the hotel via a walkway.

The hotel offers large areas of hospitality and media space for the annual F1 Grand Prix and all the Silverstone events. There are 197 bedrooms with a restaurant/bar terrace, coffee shop, hospitality suites on race days and roof terrace.

Loan Completion Date – March 2021.
